An international festival in Mumbai, featuring films on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex themes from around the world. The focus is on non-mainstream films by independent filmmakers, documentaries as well as short fiction. Other evetns include discussions of key issues, queer art and parties.
From the festival website: " Through screenings of exciting films from around the world, Queer Nazariya wants to reach out to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people; to create an affirmative space and a meeting place for all those queer folk out there who do not fit in with society’s norms of sexuality or gender."
